WHITE


Heinz Eifel Riesling Auslese

Germany – rich, sweet white with flavors of ripe peach, honey, and citrus. Sweetest white on the menu.


Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer

Germany – aromatic white with floral notes, a touch of spice, and hint of sweetness. Similar sweetness to a Pinot Grigio.


Villa Wolf Pinot Gris

Germany – smooth, medium-bodied white with peach, melon, and a hint of spice. Similar to a Pinot Grigio, but richer and rounder.


Huber Vision Grüner Veltliner

Austria – fresh, zesty white with notes of green apple, lime, and white pepper. Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc with a citrusy snap.


Dr. Heyden Silvaner

Germany – dry on the palate, with tart but concentrated white peach and grapefruit flavors with a chalky minerality. Unique flavor, similar body to a Chardonnay.


ROSÉ


Villa Wolf Rosé

Germany – dry refreshing rosé with strawberry, watermelon, and citrus notes. Crisp like a Provence-style Rosé with a fruity kick.

RED


Noble House Dornfelder

Germany – smooth, medium-bodied red with flavors of dark berries, plum, and a touch of sweetness. Similar to a Merlot, but slightly sweeter and less dry.


Pratsch Zweigelt

Austria – light, fruity red with flavors of cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. Similar to a Pinot Noir, but a bit juicier and more peppery.


Schäfer Pinot Noir

Germany – dry, light to medium bodied red with fresh cherry, raspberry, and subtle earthy notes. Similar to your standard Pinot Noir.



SPARKLING


Dr. Loosen Sparkling Riesling

Germany – crisp, bubbly white with green apple, lemon, and a touch of sweetness. Similar to a drier, more elegant Prosecco.



NON-ALCOHOLIC


Wölffer Spring in a Bottle Blanc de Blancs

Germany – crisp, sparkling non-alcoholic white with notes of strawberries, peaches, and a hint of citrus. Similar to a dry sparkling white or cider.
