STEINHOLDING RULES

• There will be one male winner and one female winner and one male runner up and one female runner up for each competition.
• Contestants must stand for entire competition.
• Steins will be held in both hands.
• Steins can only be held by the handles.
• Arms must be held straight – no bend in elbows.
• Arms must be held parallel to the ground at shoulder level.
• Contestant can enter multiple competitions but can only win one steinholding competition each year.

Contestant eliminated if:

• One or both elbows are bent.
• One or both arms are no longer parallel to ground (dropping below or being held above shoulder level).
• Any water is spilled while in competition.
• Contestant interferes with fellow contestant.
