STEINHOLDING RULES
- There will be one male winner and one female winner and one male runner up and one female runner up for each competition.
- Contestants must stand for entire competition.
- Steins will be held in both hands.
- Steins can only be held by the handles.
- Arms must be held straight – no bend in elbows.
- Arms must be held parallel to the ground at shoulder level.
- Contestant can enter multiple competitions but can only win one steinholding competition each year.
Contestant eliminated if:
- One or both elbows are bent.
- One or both arms are no longer parallel to ground (dropping below or being held above shoulder level).
- Any water is spilled while in competition.
- Contestant interferes with fellow contestant.
