- Fill this Christkindlmarkt Vendor Application, make sure to Read the 2026 Saint Benedict Oktoberfest Vendor Agreement, Release and Acknowledgement and submit the form.
- After submitting the Christkindlmarkt Application, the form will be replaced with payment instructions and you will receive a confirmation email.
Notes:
- Please note that you must provide your own tent, table, chairs and any other item that my be required.
- While lighting is provided in the Christkindlmarkt area, you must provide lighting for your booth.
- Electricity will be provided for lighting only. SURGE PROTECTORS WITH MULTIPLE OUTLETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- If you need more than one electrical outlet, inform the Vendor Coordinator prior to the event and bring a heavy duty extension cord with multiple receptacles.
- Each space will measure approximately 10' x 10'.

- Booth Locations and Facilities - Specific booth locations within the selected and paid for location zone will be assigned by the Oktoberfest Committee and your location will be marked by 11am on Friday September 18, 2026. Due to an increase in vendors and some vendors requesting additional space, the Oktoberfest Committee cannot take specific location requests within the chosen and paid for zone area. Please set up your booth and all items within the marked location space and do not encroach upon the space of adjacent vendors.
- Each application will be reviewed for approval and the zone locations will be on a first come first serve basis. A refund will be issued if the paid for zone location is already full.

2026 Saint Benedict Oktoberfest Vendor Agreement, Release and Acknowledgement
I (“Applicant”) hereby make application to become a vendor in the 2026 Saint Benedict Oktoberfest (“Oktoberfest”). I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth hearing and such other rules as may be established or amended by the St. Benedict Oktoberfest committee (“Committee”).
I agree to provide a specified list of all items I plan to sell at Oktoberfest, and I acknowledge that I may not be permitted to sell each of the items I submit. I will sell only those items or conduct those activities that have been specifically approved in writing by the Committee, however I recognize that authorization to sell specific items or conduct certain activities can be withdrawn at any time by the Committee.
I hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Saint Benedict Oktoberfest, its Committee, Saint Benedict Catholic Church, Saint Benedict Catholic School, and The Catholic Diocese of Richmond (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any responsibility for liability for loss, claims, damages, theft, injury or accident related to activities conducted in preparation for, during and immediately following Oktoberfest. I assume full and complete responsibility and will hold harmless Releasees, their officers, members, directors, servants, agents, employees, or volunteers from any loss, loss profits, damage or injury to my person or my property or, or my agents, customers, or invitees.
If accepted as a vendor, I further agree that I shall maintain my designated area and merchandise, and agreed to conduct all activities and businesses practices in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including responsibility for collecting and reporting sales tax on all transactions made during Oktoberfest. I understand that violation of or non-compliance with this Release or any rule, regulation, law, ordinance, or decree is my responsibility and may result in immediate expulsion of me and my merchandise from Oktoberfest without a refund of any applicable fees paid.
I agree to be responsible for all both set-ups and takedowns of merchandise, displays and tents or covers. I understand that area lighting will be provided but I must provide lighting for my booth. I understand that SURGE PROTECTORS WITH MULTIPLE OUTLETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. I understand that I cannot place stakes in, or otherwise damage, the street pavement, the sidewalks, and the parking lot surfaces.
I understand that vehicles will only be permitted from the Oktoberfest ground during select times designated by the Committee for set-up and take down: VEHICLE ACCESS to your booth will only be available between 10am-12 noon on Friday September 18, 2026 and after 6pm on Sunday September 20, 2026. Vehicles over 8ft in height will not be permitted in the area after the outdoor lighting is set up.
I will sell the items approved by the October fest Committee only in the Christkindlmarkt area of Oktoberfest. I am responsible for providing any table, chairs, shelving or racks for my area. It is further understood that Vendor is responsible for assuring that all items are kept within its area and that all items inside its area (including merchandise, tables, shelves, hanging racks, etc.) are protected and secured in the event of weather (i.e. wind, rain, etc.), so as to protect them from damage and to prevent them from blowing into, injuring or damaging the property or persons of attendees, neighbors, passerby, another vendor, or St. Benedict Oktoberfest volunteers or other participants in the planning and execution of Oktoberfest. In the event that any part of its cart, booth, tent, or vehicle (if applicable) causes damage or injuries to the property or person of an attendee, neighbor, passerby, another vendor, volunteer or participant due to negligence, Vendor acknowledges that it will be responsible for those damages.
I understand thatall cancellations must be made in writing, and must be RECEIVED by the Vendor Coordinator no later tha August 31, 2026. Should cancellation be received by then, the booth fees will be refunded. I understand that if my cancellation is not received by August 31, 2026, no fees will be refunded. In the event that Oktoberfest is canceled for any reason, booth fees will not be refunded.
I agree to be present for the three days of Oktoberfest: Friday September 18, through Sunday September 20. I agree that if I have not arrived and setup by 4:00 p.m. on Firday September 18, 2026, 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026 and 12 noon on Sunday September 20, 2026, I forfeit my booth and space and all fees. If I intend to be late on any day of the event, I must acknowledge this to the Oktoberfest Vendor Coordinator or I may forfeit my booth space and all fees.
I agree to immediately take down my tent and booth and remove all items from my area no later than 8:00 p.m. on Sunday September 20, 2026. After take down, I agree to leave my booth area clear and free of debris and all garbage will be properly disposed in the receptacles provided. Permissions for the use of my and/or my business’ names, in addition to photos and/or descriptions of my work or merchandise is hereby granted for this and future St. Benedict Oktoberfests, in both print and online formats, as well as any other media form.
